Paleolithic spaghetti

 

This is my second paleolithic diet meal

 

            Ingredients

            4 slices of bacon (No nitrate; uncured)

            Half sweet onion

            A pound of ground turkey from fresh market

1 can of fire roasted organic diced tomatoes

6-7 larger shrimps

1 medium sized spaghetti squash

 

            Method:

1.      Spaghetti

            Cut the spaghetti squash in half, and take the seeds out.

Put the two halves face down in the microwave and bake them on high heat for 12 minutes.

Take it out and with a spoon work out the meet of the squash. It will be like spaghetti. Live it in a bowl for now.

2.      Meet

Cut up the bacon and onion into small pieces and cook it in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil. When it is glassy, put the meet in there, and mix. Start baking it in a little bit, put the can of fire roasted diced tomato in the mixture.

Cook it about 30 minutes. Season it as you wish.

            Cook the shrimp in water, and when done, cut it up in small pieces.

3.      When the meet is done, mix everything together in the spaghetti bowl. Season it as you like, when you taste it!

 

 

Mine is absolutely delicious! Richard said; it did not look that good, but tasted excellent.
